Having played lots of video games with achievements, we always loved the idea of having them in our escape rooms. Unlike video games, however, the achievements at ESCAPE! Alaska escape rooms are mostly secret until you' … well, achieve one.

Video games can tell you what you have to do to reach a particular milestone, i.e., “Collect 50 tankards and gain the achievement Brewmeister.” For obvious reasons, we do not tell you in advance what needs to be done - it’s an escape room and figuring out what to do is why you’re there in the first place. So, our achievements are based on things you SHOULD do in one of our escape rooms (complete a puzzle in a certain amount of time), as well as things you CAN do (dance to the music).

Once your game is completed, if you opt to take a team photo, any achievements earned during your run will be included in the email containing your picture.

Just keep in mind the only achievement that’s really important in one of our escape rooms is that you and your group have a good time!
