TOYS AND SOCKS

When you were a kid, did you get both fun stuff and practical stuff at Christmas? Like, you’d get that awesome new toy that you really wanted, but you’d also get socks.

The same thing happens all year long at ESCAPE! Alaska. When we’re building a new escape room experience for you, we get both types of boxes.

Some are the fun stuff, like props for the room. Cool things to look at that makes the space more immersive, like the above pictured newspaper from 1935.

Then there are “presents” like we received today. Electronics. It’s hard to get excited about these things on their own, but what they do for your experience in the escape room is what we get jazzed about. Since the NOIR escape room is set in the 1930s, there’s not a lot of tech that you’ll be able to see in the room, but it’s there, behind the scenes, helping to create a wonderful Detective Noir world for you to explore and play.
